Inspection Limitations
Inspections and testing are limited to accessible areas, visible conditions, and samples collected during the appointment. Hidden materials, concealed damage, or conditions in areas that were not inspected may not be identified.
Reports
Reports are prepared for the customer, property, and purpose identified in the service agreement. Reports must not be changed, misrepresented, copied for another property, or relied upon outside their original scope.
Third-Party Services
We may work with independent providers for sample analysis, payment processing, website hosting, communications, or other support services. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third parties beyond our reasonable control.
